摘要:
对X60钢φ508mm×11.1mm螺旋埋弧焊管管体横向和纵向拉伸试验结果进行了对比,并结合焊管横向及纵向拉伸试样在卷板和焊管的位置,经过分析发现,螺旋埋弧焊管管体纵向屈服强度明显要高于横向,而抗拉强度则相差不大。
Abstract:
The transverse and longitudinal tensile properties of pipe body were compared in SSAW pipe X60 grade φ 508mm×11.1mm.The transverse and longitudinal tensile specimen’s location both on coil and pipe were also analyzed,and the result showed that the longitudinal yield strength is higher than the transverse one,and the tensile strength are almost same.
