摘要:
介绍了一种直缝埋弧焊管扩径后水冲洗装置的结构及主要特点。该装置的钢管输入、输出辊道采用1°倾角提高控水效果,内冲洗采用专业MEG清洗喷嘴提高冲洗效果,内冲洗杆调整机构合理,保证了内冲洗杆调整方便可靠;同时,整个冲洗装置采用冲洗房进行全封闭式防护,改善了作业环境。
Abstract:
This article introduced structure and main characteristics of water flushing device after expansion of SAWL pipe.Input and output roller can increase control water effect adopting 1°dip angle,adopting professional MEG washing nozzle can increase washing effect.Inside washing pole posses reasonable adjusting structure,this will can ensure reliable adjustment,meanwhile,the whole washing device can improve working environment adopting washing house to carry out full-enclosed protection.
