摘要:
介绍了螺旋埋弧焊管焊接系统的组成及其控制原理,着重介绍了螺旋埋弧焊接系统弧压的控制原理和不同的控制方式,并结合现场实际维护经验,指出了影响焊接系统弧压波动的三大主要因素:机械传动因素、电气控制因素和电磁干扰因素。同时,针对影响螺旋埋弧焊接系统弧压波动的三大主要因素进行了分析,并提出了故障的处理方法。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced the components of SAWH pipe welding system, emphasized its control principle and different control mode. Combined with actual maintenance experience on site, it pointed out main three factors which affect arc voltage fluctuation of welding system, such as mechanical transmission, electric control and electromagnetism interference. Meanwhile, it analyzed these three factors of SAWH pipe welding system, and put forward disposal measure for these faults
