摘要:
介绍了螺旋埋弧焊管生产线铣边机的结构及工作原理,针对铣边机模块式工况和铣边机整体式刀盘存在的问题,研制了一种模块式铣边机刀盘。该刀盘采用分体式设计,避免了钢带边缘直接损伤整个刀盘,与传统的整体式铣刀盘相比,提高了钢带铣削加工质量和生产效率,降低了刀盘消耗成本,减少了操作人员的劳动强度和安全风险,具有推广运用价值。
Abstract:
In this article, the structure and working principle of milling machine in SAWH pipe production line were introduced. Aiming at milling machine working condition and the problems existed in integral cutting Disc, a kind of module type milling machine cutting Disc was developed, whose split type structure avoid directly damaging the whole cutting Disc caused by strip edge. Compared it with the traditional integral cutting Disc, the result indicated that the module type cutting Disc improved milling quality and production efficiency, reduced consumable cost, and decreased the labor intensity and security risks of operators. It should be widely promoted and applied.
