摘要:
简要介绍了国内生产高钢级、大直径、大壁厚螺旋埋弧焊管时采用的工艺参数及其存在的不足。对采用较高焊速(2.2 m/min)批量生产的X65M级?准 914 mm×12.7 mm焊管的焊缝拉伸、导向弯曲、夏比冲击和外观质量等性能进行统计和评价,结果表明,较高焊接速度能够保证焊缝质量,满足技术条件要求。最后,对焊管生产时提高焊接速度和其他参数方面的平衡提出了建议。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced process parameters and its disadvantages, which were adopted to produce SAWH pipe with high grade, large diameter and heavy wall thickness. Some properties of mass production X65M ?准 914mm×12.7mm pipe with welding speed 2.2m/min were evaluated, such as weld tensile, guided bend, Charpy impact, appearance quality and etc.The result showed that the higher welding speed can guarantee weld quality, and meet technical requirements. Finally, the matching between increasing welding speed and other aspects of welded pipe production was put forward.
