摘要:
为了探究适合液化天然气储罐用9%Ni钢的焊接工艺,采用手工电弧焊对厚度12 mm和24 mm的试件分别在横焊和立向上焊位置进行焊接试验,焊后对试件进行了无损检测和力学性能测试。试验结果显示,12 mm厚度试件在横焊位置焊接时,焊接电流为95~110 A,焊接电压为20~24 V; 24 mm厚度试件在横焊位置焊接时,焊接电流为95~145 A,焊接电压为20~25 V;12 mm厚度试件在立向上焊接位置焊接时,焊接电流在90~100 A,焊接电压为21~23 V; 24 mm厚度试件在立向上焊接位置焊接时,焊接电流为90~105 A,焊接电压为21~24 V。研究结果表明,在上述工艺参数下,焊缝成形美观,焊接接头力学性能良好,可满足工程应用。另外,对焊接接头进行硬度测量,发现在焊缝处硬度最大,焊接热影响区(HAZ)次之,母材处硬度最低。
Abstract:
In order to explore the welding technology of 9% Ni steel for liquefied natural gas storage tanks, the thickness of 12 mm and 24 mm specimens were welded by manual arc welding in the horizontal and vertical welding position, and then non-destructive testing and mechanical performance testing were taken for the specimens. The results showed that in the horizontal welding position, for the thickness of 12 mm specimen, the welding current was 95~110 A, the welding voltage was 20~24 V; for the thickness of 24 mm specimen, the welding current was 95~145 A, the welding voltage was 20~25 V; in the vertical welding position, for the thickness of 12 mm specimen, the welding current was 90~100 A, the welding voltage was 21~23 V; for the thickness of 24 mm specimen, the welding current was 90~105 A, the welding voltage was 21~24 V. The research indicated that with these technical parameters, the weld had good bead formation and excellent mechanical properties, which could meet engineering application. In addition, after the hardness testing, the hardness was the highest in the weld, then in the heat-affected zone (HAZ), and the lowest in the base metal.
