摘要:
为检测不同钢厂22 mm超大壁厚X80热轧板卷头、尾性能能否满足制管要求,以利于整体控制钢管质量,对生产出的X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×22 mm螺旋埋弧焊管对应板卷头、尾不同位置的管体进行了拉伸、冲击和DWTT性能试验分析。结果表明:板卷头、尾性能均满足制管要求,且板卷头、尾个别区域的强度、韧性存在一定的离散度,但距标准要求均具有较大的安全裕度,这种离散度是可以接受的。建议钢厂应进一步优化轧制工艺,减小板卷头、尾处的性能离散度,尤其要严格控制板卷内圈“干头”长度,强化屈服强度等关键性能指标的质量控制。
Abstract:
In order to detect the head and tail performance of 22 mm large thickness X80 hot rolled coils with the pipe-making requirements to control the quality of steel pipe, the tensile test properties, impact properties and DWTT results of different positions on the X80 Φ1 219 mm×22 mm SAWH steel pipes were analyzed. The results show that the head and tail performance meet the requirements of pipe making, and the strength and toughness of the individual parts of the coil head and tail have a certain degree of dispersion, but they have a large safety margin from the standard requirements, and the dispersion is acceptable. It suggests that steel mills should optimize rolling technology, decrease property dispersion of coil head and tail, in particular, strictly control the inner dry length at head and tail of the coil, and improve yield strength and key performance indicators.
