摘要:
为了提高螺旋埋弧焊管3PE防腐性能,分析了螺旋埋弧焊管不良外焊缝形状对3PE防腐质量的影响,从焊接电压、焊丝倾角、焊丝偏心距、焊剂、坡口形状等方面分析了不良外焊缝产生的原因,并提出了相应的改善措施,指出在螺旋埋弧焊管生产过程中,必须严格控制焊缝外观形状,合理选择工艺参数加以控制,以防止钢管防腐层开裂、密集漏点、涂层不均匀等现象的发生。
Abstract:
In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe 3PE, the influence of the bad external weld shape on the anti-corrosion quality of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe 3PE was analyzed. This paper analyzes the causes of bad outer weld from the aspects of welding voltage, angle of welding wire, eccentricity of welding wire, flux and groove shape, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. It is pointed out that in the production process of spiral submerged arc welded pipe, it is necessary to strictly control the appearance and shape of the weld and reasonably select the process parameters to control, so as to prevent the occurrence of cracking, dense leakage and uneven coating of the anti-corrosion coating of steel pipe.
