摘要:
连续管钻井技术作为一种全新的钻井模式,因其安全性、经济性、环保性以及高效性的特点得到了行业内高度关注与快速发展。连续管钻井技术在国外已被广泛应用于浅层钻进、老井侧钻、定向井等领域。我国起步较晚,近几年也发展比较迅速,在装备、工具、管材等方面都有所突破,但是与国外先进技术还有一定差距,特别是应用还处在现场试验阶段,没有进行大范围推广,重点集中在侧钻井应用。介绍了国外连续管钻井方面的先进技术,分析了我国连续管钻井技术发展与应用现状,结合侧钻井施工实例,对我国连续管钻井技术在未来的应用前景与发展方向提出了建议。
Abstract:
As a new drilling mode, coiled tubing drilling technology has been highly concerned and developed rapidly in the industry because of its safety, economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. It has been widely used in shallow drilling, sidetracking of old wells, directional wells and other fields abroad. The domestic development is relatively late and has developed rapidly in recent years. There are breakthroughs in equipment tools pipes and other aspects. However, there is still a certain gap with foreign advanced technology, especially the application is still in the field test stage, and there is no large scale promotion, focusing on sidetracking. The advanced technology of coiled tubing drilling abroad and the current situation of the development and application of coiled tubing drilling technology in China are introduced. Combined with the construction examples of drilling in China, some suggestions on the application prospect and development direction of domestic coiled tubing.
