摘要:
对某厂X80高钢级管线钢母材、焊缝、热影响区进行了夏比冲击韧性试验,对其有效晶粒进行了研究。试验发现热影响区的夏比冲击功值较低,认为应当把HAZ的CVN值作为冲击载荷条件下焊接接头的一个评判特征值。有效晶粒和冲击韧性值相互关联。
Abstract:
The Charpy impact test of base metal, weld and heat affected zone of X80 grade pipeline steel of certain factory was conducted,and its effective grain was researched.The test results showed that the value of CVN in HAZ was lower.The value of HAZ should be regarded as the judge eigenvalue of welding joint under the condition of impact load,and the effective gain was correlated with toughness.
