摘要:
从焊剂渣系选择、焊剂碱度、稀土氧化物及焊剂颗粒度等对焊接工艺性能和焊缝力学性能的影响方面,介绍了西气东输二线X80级螺旋埋弧焊管用BG-SJ101H1烧结焊剂的研制。经实验室焊接试验,在φ1219mm×18.4mm X80级螺旋埋弧焊管批量试制中成功应用并检验合格后,已经用于西气东输二线焊管生产中。
Abstract:
This article introduced the development of BG-SJ101H1 sintered flux used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project X80 grades SSAW pipe,and the introduction was from effect of flux slag system selection,flux alkalinity,rare earth oxidate and flux grain size effect on welding procedure property and weld mechanical property.Through welding test and successful trial production and inspection of X80 grade φ1219mm×18.4mm SSAW pipe,this kind of sintered flux has been used in welded pipe production for the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
