摘要:
简要介绍了钻杆失效的缺陷形式,目前国内外对钻杆进行无损检测常用的方法以及钻杆现场检测的现状。基于漏磁工作原理的检测系统,可以有效地检测出钻杆管体存在的缺陷,从而减少事故隐患。为进一步验证漏磁检测系统的检测能力,用美国某公司生产的携带式漏磁检测设备,对直径127 mm(5 in)钻杆试样(壁厚9.19 mm)进行了检测试验。结果表明,该便携式漏磁检测系统能够迅速可靠地检测出?准 1.6 mm通孔、N5横向内外刻槽、5%壁厚损失等缺陷。
Abstract:
It briefly introduced defects type of drill pipe failure, the commonly used ultrasonic inspection method for drill pipe at home and abroad and the current inspection status on-site. Based on the magnetic flux leakage inspection system working principle, it can effectively find out the defects of drill pipe body to reduce the accidents. In order to further validate the magnetic flux leakage inspection system, using portable magnetic flux leakage inspection device, which is produced by some America company, to detect drill pipe sample with OD 127 mm(5 in)and WT 9.19 mm . The result showed that this system can quickly and reliably find some defects, such as  1.6 mm hole, N5 transverse inside and outside notch, 5% loss of wall thickness etc..
