摘要:
简要介绍了一步法和预精焊的生产工艺,分析了一步法影响焊缝成形的因素。通过分析得出一步法焊缝成形主要受焊点位置、熔池形状以及工艺参数的影响。预精焊生产工艺较一步法而言,工艺参数相对广泛,同时可有效避免焊缝因成形应力而变形,以此优化焊缝成形。同时应用预精焊生产工艺,成功消除了内焊“马鞍型”焊缝,得到了饱满且过渡平缓的内焊焊缝,各项力学性能均达标。
Abstract:
In this paper, it briefly introduced one step and two-step welding processes, analyzed the factors affecting weld forming in one step welding process, covering welding position, welding pool shape and technological parameters. It pointed out adjusting range of two-step welding process is wider than that of one step welding process, two-step welding process can effectively avoid weld deformation caused from forming stress, here by to optimize weld forming. Adopting two-step welding process successfully removed inside weld “saddle shape”, obtained full and good transition inside weld, its all mechanical properties can meet requirements.
