摘要:
简要介绍了计算机显示的DR(数字射线)检测系统的主要组成及检验时应依据的标准。对埋弧焊管焊缝的现场检测结果表明,该项检测技术能够达到埋弧焊管焊缝射线检测相关标准的要求。与传统的X射线检测及采用图像增强器的射线检测对比结果表明,计算机显示的DR(数字射线)检测系统具有检测效率高、检测灵敏度高、易实现数字化管理、对环境友好、受外界因素影响小等特点。
Abstract:
In this article,it briefly introduced the major components of DR detecting system and the standards should be obeyed in detection. The field inspection results of SAW pipe weld showed that this kind of detection technology can meet the requirements of the relevant standard of SAW pipe weld radiographic inspection. Compared with the conventional X-ray detection and the radiographic inspection by adopting image intensifier,the results indicated that DR detecting system is with high efficiency,high detection sensitivity,which can easily realize digital management. It is friendly to the environment,and slightly affected by external factors.
