摘要:
残余应力大小是焊管质量的重要控制指标。分析了残余应力的产生原因,给出了以环劈法和切块法估算直缝埋弧焊管残余应力的公式,通过与实测数值的对比,证明导出公式可以正确反映管体内残余应力分布状态。结合生产工艺对Φ1 016 mm×18.4 mm、X80钢级直缝埋弧焊管残余应力成因及分布特征进行了分析。
Abstract:
The big or small residual stress is the important index to indicate the control of pipe welding quality.This article briefly analyzes the generated cause of residual stress,and give the LSAW pipe residual stress formula which is based on ring-slit method and block-cutting method.Through compared with the actual measured data,it is proved that the educed formula can rightly reflect the distribution status of pipe inside residual stress.Combing with the used production process,analysis on residual stress causes and distribution characteristics of LSAW pipe Φ1 016 mm×18.4 mm X80pipe is also presented in this article.
