摘要:
通过对螺旋埋弧焊管内焊缝成型和焊接过程的分析,指出焊缝裂纹易产生在焊接熔池脆性温度区。当成型辊角度调整不当,会产生力的分量,使板位偏离中心线,带钢成型合口焊接缝间隙波动较大,焊缝中的熔池脆性区受拉应力作用金相组织被拉断,形成裂纹,同时提出了相应的预防措施。
Abstract:
Through analysis on inside weld forming and welding procedure of SSAW pipe,it pointed out weld crack is easy to appear in brittle temperature zone in welding pool.The force generated by improper adjustment forming roll angle to make plate position deviated from the centerline.The weld clearance of strip forming mouth was with great fluctuation,and metallographic structure of fusion pool brittle temperature zone was pulled broken to come up crack,and put forward the corresponding precautions.
