摘要:
简要介绍了目前直缝埋弧焊管在油气输送管线中的应用情况,针对某焊管生产企业在采用国产X80钢板生产直缝埋弧焊管时,出现个别钢管扩径后沿内焊趾开裂的问题,通过对钢管生产的工艺及参数、扩径前后钢板性能、焊接接头性能的分析,认为钢板屈服强度接近技术条件的上限,是造成钢管扩径时开裂的主要原因。通过调整铣边、成型、焊接、扩径等工艺参数可有效解决扩径时沿内焊趾开裂问题。
Abstract:
It briefly introduced the application status of SAWL pipe in oil and gas transportation pipeline, and put forward weld cracking along inside welding toe which occurred on individual pipe after expansion, when some enterprise used domestic X80 steel plate to produce SAWL pipe. Through analysis on working procedure, process and parameters of steel pipe production, steel plate performance before and after expansion, welded joint performance, it considered that the yield strength value of steel plate is near the upper limit of technical condition, is the main reason caused steel pipe cracking during expanding. Some solutions were proposed, such as adjusting milling edge, forming, welding, expanding and other technological parameters.
