摘要:
以20MnTiB高强钢为试验材料,采用焊后消氢处理方法,对采用相同焊接参数焊接的3块20MnTiB试板分别进行未消氢处理、150 ℃×2 h消氢处理、250 ℃×2 h消氢处理后,使用盲孔法测量了表面焊接残余应力,研究了不同温度焊后消氢处理工艺对构件焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明,焊后消氢处理工艺是影响构件焊接残余应力的重要因素之一,进行焊后消氢处理可以降低焊接残余应力,且焊后消氢处理工艺的温度越高,焊接残余应力降低的幅度越大。
Abstract:
Taking 20MnTiB high strength steel as test material,it adopted dehydrogenation process after welding to conduct some treatments on 3 20MnTiB test panels with the same welding parameters,including treatment without dehydrogenation disposal, 150 ℃×2 h dehydrogenation disposal and 250 ℃×2 h dehydrogenation disposal. It also inspected the surface welding residual stress by using blind hole method,and studied the influence of dehydrogenation process after welding under different temperature on welding components residual stress. The result indicated that the dehydrogenation process after welding is an important factor of affecting welding components residual stress,which can reduce residual stress,in addition,the higher temperature of the dehydrogenation process after welding is,the bigger reduction range of welding residual stress is.
