摘要:
以X80级22 mm管线钢试板为研究对象,通过对不同外焊坡口角度进行焊接试验,研究了螺旋埋弧焊管外焊坡口角度对焊缝外观质量和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着外焊坡口角度的增加,余高降低明显,对X80级22 mm壁厚螺旋埋弧焊管,焊缝冲击韧性略有提高,热影响区冲击韧性几乎不变。
Abstract:
In this article, it took X80 grade pipeline steel plate with wall thickness of 22 mm as the research object, through welding tests for different outside welding groove angle, it studied the influence of SAWH pipe outside welding groove angle on weld appearance quality and mechanical properties. The test result showed that the weld reinforcement reduce obviously with outside welding groove angle increasing, for X80 SAWH pipe with 22 mm wall thickness, the impact toughness of weld increases slightly, but it is almost unchanged for HAZ.
