摘要:
目前螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊生产工艺中,预焊成型后需要对焊管内壁预焊缝飞溅物、铁锈、氧化皮等进行清理,目的是保证精焊螺旋焊缝质量。在内清扫岗位进行预焊缝飞溅物等清理过程中,会产生大量金属性粉尘,虽然一部分粉尘由焊管一端内清扫设备自带吸尘装置回收,但还有一部分粉尘会从焊管另一端排出,造成生产及工作环境变差,直接影响一线员工身体健康。为此,为了解决粉尘向车间内排放,同时也要达到预焊缝表面清洁,需要安装一套吸尘装置,与原吸尘装置构成组合式吸尘系统。该吸尘装置主要是由小车、吸尘室、滤芯装置、西门子200PLC等组成。通过控制程序改进、时间设置及传感器选择等一系列技术措施,解决了焊管预焊过程中管内金属粉尘外排问题,达到了预期的目的。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the quality of spiral submerged arc welding pipe, the spatter, rust and oxide scale on the inner wall of the pipe need to be cleaned after pre welding. A large amount of metal dust will be generated during the cleaning process of pre weld spatter in internal cleaning post. Although some dust is recovered by the cleaning equipment at one end of welded pipe, some dust will be discharged from the other end of welded pipe, which will cause the production and working environment to deteriorate and directly affect the health of the staff. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of dust emission into the workshop and to clean the surface of the welding seam, a set of dust collection device should be installed to form a combined dust collection system with the original dust collection device. The dust collection device is mainly composed of car, dust chamber, filter element device, Siemens 200PLC, etc. Through a series of technical measures, such as the improvement of control program, time setting and sensor selection, the problem of metal dust emission in pre welding pipe was solved, and the expected improvement purpose was achieved.
