摘要:
分析了影响螺旋埋弧焊管外焊缝形状的主要因素,这些因素主要是焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度、焊丝偏心距、焊丝倾角及侧倾角、焊丝间距、焊丝伸出长度、焊接坡口、成型控制以及焊剂等焊接设备的选择等,通过对这些因素的合理选择与控制,从而获得良好的焊缝成形。最后提出了采用磁控电弧焊及预精焊工艺进一步改善焊缝成形的特殊途径,以便更好地满足钢管防腐对外焊缝形状的要求。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed the main factors affecting outside weld profile of SAWH pipe, discussed effective method to obtain perfect weld through reasonable selecting and controlling some parameters, such as welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, eccentricity of welding wire, obliquity and side obliquity of welding wire, distance between welding wires, welding wire extending length, bevel, forming, welding flux and welding equipment. It also put forward a kind of special method of utilizing magnetic control arc welding and two-step welding to improve weld profile, so as to meet the requirements to outside weld profile from pipe coating.
