摘要:
分析了目前螺旋埋弧焊管精焊生产线上所用内外焊焊缝激光跟踪系统存在的问题。介绍了精焊焊缝纠偏系统的工作原理和基于PROFIBUS工业总线可编程控制器PLC在内外焊焊缝激光跟踪系统中的应用,给出了系统架构和系统功能。描述了该系统硬件电路的设计和系统控制程序的设计及调试。试运行结果表明,该系统可靠性高,控制功能较为完善,操作方便,保障了精焊内外焊缝激光跟踪系统的正常运行。
Abstract:
This article analyzed problems existed in weld laser tracking system used in SAWH pipe production line,introduced working principle of weld rectification system and application of PLC based on PROFIBUS in weld tracking system,gave framework and function of thissystem.It described design of hardware circuit,as well as design and debugging of control procedure.The result of trial operation showed that this system possess high reliability,perfect control function and simple operation,this will ensure usual operation of weld laser tracking system.
