摘要:
针对某现役天然气长输管线的环焊缝泄漏问题,通过宏观形貌分析、无损探伤、理化性能检测、金相组织分析等方法对断口进行失效分析。结果显示,管体内部存在原始裂纹、错边量超标、焊缝根部组织缺陷等一系列问题,在内压力、残余应力及外加载荷的共同作用下发生裂纹扩展,直至断裂失效。通过对断口进行失效分析提出相对应的施工管理建议,为预防同类型的工程项目问题提供参考。
Abstract:
In view of the girth weld leakage problem of an active natural gas long-distance transmission pipeline, the fracture failure was analyzed by means of macroscopic inspection, nondestructive inspection, physical and chemical performance test and metallographic analysis. The results show that there are a series of problems in the pipe body, such as original cracks, excessive misalignment, weld root microstructure defects and so on. Under the combination of internal pressure, residual stress and external load, crack propagation occurs until fracture failure. The corresponding construction management suggestions are put forward to provide reference for preventing the problems of the same type of engineering projects.
